GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is a new EU regulation that will replace the 1995 EU Data Protection Directive and significantly increase the protection of personal data of EU citizens and tighten the obligations of organizations that collect or process personal data. It will enter into force on May 25, 2018.
While existing EU legislation (the 1995 EU Data Protection Directive) governs entities in the EU, the territorial scope of the GDPR is much wider as it will also apply to non-EU businesses that:
a) sell their products to persons in the EU or which
b) monitor the behavior of persons in the EU.
In other words, even if you are based outside the EU but control or process the data of EU citizens, the GDPR will apply to you.

Our team has created the features necessary for us and our customers to meet the obligations arising from the GDPR. Notifee Group L.L.C-FZ already provides the following privacy and data protection features:
Anonymize IP Address:
By default, Notifee Group L.L.C-FZ captures only the first three octets of an IP address to ensure that these addresses are completely anonymous.
Consent:
Web push notifications already require website visitors to give explicit consent by turning on permissions at the browser level.
Participant Data: Upon opting in to receive notifications, the Browser Push Notification Service creates a randomly generated Participant ID. This ID cannot be used to identify a specific person.
Deletion of data:
If it is possible, it is possible to delete the data: Notifee Group L.L.C-FZ it automatically deletes data on endpoints that have expired and customers have full control over their data. They can log out of their browser at any time and their data would be deleted from our systems.
Data Retention: Our users can use the account features to delete or update their data. We have also reduced the retention period for deleted data to 90 days.
